Job Responsibilities :

  • Plan and manage project timelines to ensure completion of tasks within deadlines 

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks that may delay project progress 

  • Generate monthly reports on project status and task completion 

  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project assignments and ensure successful project outcomes 

  • Possess an understanding of process flows and work with IT to streamline workflow processes

  • Manage administrative tasks such as raising IT tickets and creating indents for project needs

Skill Competencies : 

  • Good social skills 

  • Good English communication skills

  • Prior experience with project management tools like JIRA is preferred 

  • MS office
