Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business process owners to identify, analyze and define requirements for customer-facing website projects.

• Work closely with multiple departments and technology partners to design and finalize effective solutions to meet business needs.

• Communicate functional requirements and ensure alignment with development teams to support solution implementation.

• Lead, coordinate, plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality of the solutions.

• Develop and implement processes and methodologies to streamline project delivery and enhance overall system performance.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for systems and applications.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies and best practices in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve system design and development processes.

• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams and projects, and provide subject matter expertise to support the overall success of the organization.

Educational Qualification :  Bachelor of Engineering(B.E)

Skill Competencies :

• Ability to clearly communicate and articulate, both written and verbally, detailed specifications (e.g., project requirements, requested changes and test cases)

• Understanding of Content Management System

• Basic Skills in SQL, HTML is preferred.
