Purpose of the Job
To drive and sustain product growth.
Job Responsibilities

Create and evolve product vision based on the users’ feedback, pain points, and outcomes

Validate concepts, and content, designs and prototypes with stakeholders to ensure our products deliver high value to the users

Have a user-centric mindset in all decisions related to the product

Define value proposition - Product positioning and messaging across all touchpoints

Drive revenue generation, user retention, and product growth and responsible for targets
-
Understanding and representing user needs in product roadmaps.

Monitoring the market and developing a competitive landscape.

Align stakeholders around the vision of the product and prioritize features that meet user needs and expectations

Execute the operations of the product with the help of the operational team and stakeholders

Work to reduce and manage support requests through product enhancement
Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree
Skill Competencies :

8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the space of consumer apps.

Should have experience with driving key product KPIs (user growth or revenue growth)
-
Experience in handling the complete lifecycle of the product

Proven track record in innovating, developing, and managing consumer-facing products
-
Experience managing a multi-functional team of UX, product, operations, engineering, and marketing
Experience : 7 ~ 10 years
